Products and orders
Please check the selected design, edition, size, colour, quantity and delivery address before paying. Product pages describe what is included. Styling mockups and virtual try-ons are illustrative; original product photographs, size information and descriptions provide the product details. Screen colours can differ from a physical item.
Prices and checkout totals are shown in GBP. Shipping and any applicable checkout charges are displayed before payment. We confirm order details by email. If we cannot supply an ordered item, we will contact you and offer an appropriate resolution or refund. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
Fulfilment
Products may be made to order and sent by our production partners in separate parcels. Ross Rox remains responsible for handling your customer enquiry. Production estimates are separate from shipping time. See our shipping policy for details.
Cancellations, returns and problems
See our returns and refunds policy. Standard catalogue designs are not excluded from ordinary cancellation rights simply because they are printed or embroidered to order. Any exception for a genuinely personalised product will be explained before purchase. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Upcoming products and creative work
Coming Soon artwork, accessories, software interfaces and sample-pack previews are not promises of available stock, release dates or final features. A purchase is available only through an active product listing. Buying a physical product does not transfer copyright in its artwork or music. No downloadable digital product is currently sold through this store; any future release will have its own clear contents, compatibility and licence terms.
Privacy and contact
Our privacy policy explains personal-data handling. Contact us first if something is wrong so we can help. Mandatory rights that apply in your place of residence remain unaffected.
