Shipping and delivery

Updated 14 October 2026. Questions? Contact admin@rossrox.com.

Made for your order

Our current T-shirts are produced by Tapstitch and our embroidered snapbacks by Printful, then sent directly to you. Production happens before carrier transit. These products are not promised to dispatch the next business day.

Tapstitch's published small-order production estimate is 3–7 working days. Its Special Line transit guidance gives an average of around 10 days after dispatch, with longer journeys possible. Printful's published production estimate is 2–5 business days; transit then depends on the fulfilment location and carrier. These are supplier estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Stock availability, peak demand, customs and carrier disruption can add time.

Charges and separate parcels

Prices and checkout totals are shown in the currency offered for your delivery market: GBP for the UK, USD for the United States and CAD for Canada. Shipping is calculated at checkout for your address and basket. Shirts and caps can arrive in separate parcels; a mixed basket can include a shipping charge for each supplier. Review the final shipping and order total before paying.

We deliver where checkout offers an available delivery method. If your address has no eligible method, contact us before ordering. Any applicable tax or duty collected at checkout is shown there. If a carrier requests an unexpected charge, contact us before paying so we can investigate; do not assume every international route is duty-paid.

Tracking and problems

Shipping confirmation and available tracking details are sent after dispatch. Please check your delivery address before ordering and contact us promptly about a correction, missing parcel or damage. We remain your point of contact for the order. For cancellation and returns, see our returns and refunds policy.

Blood Ritual prints and Dark Artefacts remain Coming Soon unless a specific product listing explicitly offers purchase. Their future delivery details will be confirmed before release.
